greed is not god (When “Mine” dies, life speaks)

Politics is born of greed. People fight to protect their civil liberties, their power, and their money—especially money. Money is the reason politics still flourishes today: those who want it, those who have it, and those who want more. It is called greed because it is “mine.” And when “mine” grows too large, it becomes hostile, warlike, and prejudiced.

God and life are lost to the mystery when the mystery is not fully embraced. Life is active. It is alive. It gives power simultaneously to the oppressed, to the rich, and to those in between. Because it moves and changes so rapidly, it defies reason, logic, and our personal judgments.

For those who step outside religion and systems—even briefly, even only mentally—to return to the body, life becomes visible. We see it naturally. It has a sound, but it is not “mine.” It has a voice, a wind, but it is not singular.

When more people perceive this, “mine” loses its grip. People begin to choose peace over chaos, love and safety over harm. It is possible. It is happening. Now.
