One with life

You are not separate from life—you are one with it. What you call “their life” is not truly theirs, and yours is not only yours. It is one life, moving through everything, not divided, not questioning itself, but flowing in quiet unity with its own nature.

It is movement. It is the fading of sound. It is the space beneath all things.

When you begin to sense it, the idea of “others” will still appear from time to time. Old habits don’t vanish instantly. But instead of trying to convince someone you’re right—or proving that you don’t care—you pause. And before you crucify yourself with thought once again, you let go. You relax.

Tension and relaxation are not enemies. They are partners. They move together to create life. They arise as one, and in each moment, you choose which to follow, which to explore.

The moment you fix your mind onto something, you begin to create it. You step through a doorway into a reality shaped by that focus, where others seem to meet you there—echoing back whatever you’ve chosen, whether it’s hostility, fear, or ease.

A relaxed mind is a clear canvas. But once thought takes over unchecked, that space fills quickly. It becomes crowded, loud—so loud you can no longer hear anything else, no longer truly see anyone else.

The world may applaud your drive, your intensity, your constant motion. But applause fades. And in the end, it forgets us all just as quickly.

So choose carefully where your mind rests. Not on what you fear or resist, but on what you actually want to bring into being.

Because you are creating—powerfully, constantly—
with the slightest movement of your hand
and the quiet direction of your mind.
